WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO SELL MY HOME AND BUY ANOTHER ONE?
Too many kids...
we have outgrown our home,
wish we could find a larger one.
Our home is too large
since the kids moved away,
wish we had a smaller one.
Our babies are almost school age,
we don't like the schools in our neighborhood.
No one uses the pool anymore,
wish we had a home without one.
Sure wish we had a home with a pool.
Its too cold where I live
wish I could move to Florida.
When IS the best time to move?

It's not going to get any better
